2. Exchange Process:
To proceed with the exchange, please send the product (earrings or necklace) to the following address within 2 working days. Ensure the product is securely packed in bubble wrap and includes the original invoice.
3. Shipping Costs:
Customers are responsible for the shipping costs incurred while returning the product for exchange.
4. Exchange Outcome:
Once we receive and inspect the returned product, we will issue a coupon code equivalent to the value of the returned item. The coupon code will be shared within 5 business days and can be used for future purchases on our website.
